Project Management
 In
September 2008 a workshop on Project Management
helped strengthen SSIs technical and financial management
of projects related to research, evaluation and
technical assistance.
The purpose was to strengthen skills of public health
researchers and project managers in the areas of
organization and management of projects, and successful
completion and reporting of project activities and
to develop any required project planning and evaluation
tools.
